This dress is fully lined with a sequin covered top that sparkles in the light and layered tulle skirt. The dress has a removable Dusty Pink rose pin on the waist and Dusty Pink and White petals sewn into the tulle skirt. These petals float around the bottom of the dress. This dress has a zip up back and tie at the back of the dress.
